Vish Gyana Technology Solutions (VGTS) is looking for enthusiastic and ambitious freshers to join our dynamic Business Development Team. As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a key role in generating new business opportunities through outbound outreach.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via emails and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
- Identify and research target companies and key decision-makers
- Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to improve lead conversion strategies
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and track progress against KPIs
- Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Any degree (B.Com, BA, BBA, or equivalent – Freshers encouraged to apply!)
- 0–6 months of experience in sales, market research, or lead generation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus (not mandatory)
